Why I would never own a Timeshare

So if you ever even think of buying a Timeshare you must first ask yourself..........Self........Do you have more money then the Federal Reserve and want to throw it away or burn it?.Am I as Dumb as a Brick?Do I believe everything I'm told by a Sales person you answer yes to all of these then you can buy a Timeshare ....If not then if you answer no to the first one and don't have enough money for the pot you piss in and a rock for the soup you make each night to eat then you also qualify

Having now worked for a Timeshare I just have to wonder why people buy them in the first place............I understand that some people have the common sense to understand the whole program and how it works and they think it's great too often I have to deal with people that just don't get it........Surprise Surprise there are hidden costs that they Salesperson "didn't" mention...........Like annual fees, exchange fees, the fact you can't always get to the place you want to stay at the time you want.

One of the main things people don't understand is that to use something you must first pay for it............Not the mortgage, not the membership fees with the exchange company, but the annual Maintenance Fees and Taxes to the Resort.

And wouldn't you think they would read all the papers they had to sign when they bought the thing in the first place.....Nope.....Most of them don't....But it's all there in black and white and they ever had to sign the page it's on.
