Still no word
Still waiting for the phone call...........I know the recruiter I talked to only works Mon-Wed so I'm guessing that's why when I hadn't heard anything by Wed last week that I would have to wait till this week but I still haven't heard anything........I think I'll try to hold out till Wed and if I still haven't heard anything I'll give them a call..............

I think that waiting until Wednesday and then calling is a good thing. I think it's nice to call and say "I was just checking on my application" kind of thing. I have done that in the past, more than once. You don't want to bug them the first week, but you also want them to know that you have major interest in the job and some energy to make a phone call to check on it.
